Senior Construction Manager

As Senior Construction Manager, Greg Jonczyk is responsible for obtaining all entitlements from local government, as well as coordinating and managing the appropriate team of consultants and contractors to successfully develop the project to meet our clients’ needs.

In addition, Greg provides support to the Leasing team during the initial pricing and negotiations with prospective tenants through the development of the tenant’s needs analysis. Further responsibility includes execution of the tenant’s requirements through analysis of the design documents, concluding with the management of the tenant’s space construction build-out and subsequent move-in.

Administrative duties for new building development and tenant improvement projects include negotiating and managing all designer and contractor agreements, updating schedules, presiding over construction meetings, reviewing invoices, insurance certificates and change orders, while maintaining good customer relations.

Prior to joining Craig Davis Properties in 2004, Mr. Jonczyk worked for Duke Realty Corporation as construction project manager for shell building and tenant interior projects. Greg also worked for Turner Construction Company where he held many roles ranging from Field Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, Cost/Scheduling Engineer, SPD Superintendent and Project Engineer.

Mr. Jonczyk holds his North Carolina General Contractors License. Greg attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where he received BS degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1987.
