Greg Jonczyk
Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager for Craig Davis Properties, Greg is responsible for identifying and analyzing land acquisition and development opportunities throughout the Southeast. Greg works with local government officials, outside counsel and design and engineering consultants to coordinate and implement all due diligence functions and collaborates with CDP’s finance team on budget preparation and pro forma creation and refinement. Greg has also served as a construction manager on multiple CDP ground-up development projects and tenant upfits. Prior to joining CDP in 2004, Greg was a construction project manager with Duke Realty Corporation and served as a field engineer, assistant superintendent, cost/scheduling engineer and project engineer for Turner Construction Company.
Greg attended Temple University and graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He currently maintains a North Carolina general contractor license.
