Wakefield Park is one of Craig Davis Properties most exciting new developments. Over the past year we have sold land to Wake County Public Schools for two elementary schools, the Wake County Public Library for a regional library, and North State Bank for a new regional branch banking center. The site features excellent access to the affluent watershed homes of Wakefield and northern Wake County. The completion of Forest Pines Drive in the fall of 2007 will provide the site with direct access to Wakefield’s primary residents and the under construction NC Highway 98 bypass.
The New Falls of Neuse bridge is fully funded and should be completed in 2011, an infrastructure improvement that will cement Wakefield as the epicenter of Northern Wake County.
