Davis Park is an urban center near the heart of the world-renowned Research Triangle Park. The project will have a high-end hotel and conference center, retail, 700,000 square feet of Class A office space, and the park's first housing - next to a planned commuter rail station.
This unique project will cover 198 acres near the southwest corner of Miami Boulevard and NC Highway 54 and is a joint venture between East West Partners, White Oak Properties, Beacon Street and Craig Davis Properties. The Triangle Transit Authority plans headquarters for its bus system next to the planned rail station, on the east side of the site. An underground walkway will connect the rail station with the rest of the project, along with an underground garage to minimize surface parking.
